The 2023 WeNaija Campaign seeks to engage Nigerian youth in promoting awareness and adoption of HPV vaccines by encouraging participation in a video content creation competition via social media platforms.
Join this year’s campaign by entering the WeNaija Advocacy Video Contest initiated by NSSF. Submit an original video lasting between 30 to 120 seconds through your preferred social media platform, focusing on educating the public about Human Papillomavirus (HPV) and the vaccine’s availability in Nigeria.
Benefits:
- Stand a chance to win prizes totaling up to 5 million, along with internship opportunities.
- Upload your video to your Instagram page/profile, ensuring to tag and follow NSSF on that social media platform.
- Your video should include these five keywords: HPV vaccines, Cervical Cancer, Girls (aged 9 to 14), NSSF, and Health Centres.
- The video’s caption or description must include these two keywords: #WeNaijaA2A and #WeNaijaHPVV.
- Participation in the contest is free and limited to one submission per person; multiple submissions will lead to immediate disqualification.
- Videos should be in English or Pidgin English, without vulgar language or any form of nudity.
- The submitted videos must not have been published on any social platform, website, blog, or online forum, or entered into any other competition. However, if your video has been long-listed or shortlisted elsewhere but hasn’t won or been published, it remains eligible. Immediate notification is required if your video is published or wins a prize elsewhere
