The role of the unemployed learner involves executing general line operations and cleaning routines in alignment with planned operational standards to ensure the safe production of high-quality packaged products. This includes conducting pre-start-up assessments to confirm that the work area and equipment are clean and meet safety standards as outlined in the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP). The position involves ongoing quality monitoring to identify and report any product or packaging defects, with a focus on promptly identifying and addressing process irregularities to prevent issues.
The role also requires active participation in fostering an eco-efficient environment and adhering to machine cleaning standards set by the manufacturer and site specifications.
