Qualifications:
Preferred Qualification and Experience:
- A minimum of a Second Class Upper (or equivalent) degree in any discipline from a recognized University.
- A minimum of 5 credits, including Mathematics and English, in GCE, NECO, or their equivalents.
- Applicants should be no older than 26 years at the time of engagement.
- Completion of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) with a discharge certificate.
- Applicant must provide clear information regarding their date of birth, gender, and class of degree.
Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities:
- Graduate Trainees will be exposed to diverse roles and environments, gradually progressing in complexity.
- Applicants should demonstrate a passion for establishing a career with Stanbic IBTC.
- While based in Lagos initially, Graduate Trainees may be assigned to various departments and locations nationwide.
