International students participating in doctorate engineering programs at Toronto Metropolitan University are eligible to apply for financing options being offered by the institution for the session beginning in 2023. The mission of the TMISS program is to provide financial assistance to a select group of foreign students so that they may continue their studies at a more advanced level.
Eligibility
- Applicants must be enrolled in a Ph.D. engineering program at Toronto Metropolitan University and be citizens of a country outside of Canada.
- Any doctorate student in engineering is eligible for these grants.
