Job Description:
- Contribute to the implementation of marketing strategy.
- Assist the marketing manager in managing the department’s activities.
- Organize and participate in marketing activities or events to increase brand exposure.
- Plan advertising and promotional efforts for products or services across several media (social, print, etc.).
- Liaise with stakeholders and vendors to ensure operations’ success and enhance the company’s presence.
- Follow all projects to completion and assess their progress using various metrics.
- Prepare content for marketing material release and manage dissemination.
- Conduct market research to find promotion and growth possibilities.
- Prepare budgets and keep track of spending in collaboration with management.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- B.Sc. or BA in Marketing, Business Administration, or relevant field.
- 1 – 3 years of work experience in the FMCG industry is a MUST
- Proven experience as a marketing officer or in a comparable function.
- Solid understanding of marketing tactics and principles.
- Good grasp of market research methodology, statistics, and data analysis methods
- Excellent grasp of Microsoft Office and marketing applications (e.g., CRM).
- A thorough grasp of social media and online analytics.

Job Specifications: Finance Executive (AR and Invoicing)

Job Description:
The Finance Executive is responsible for the timely and accurate preparation of customer invoices and their prompt submission. They also carry out the reconciliation of accounts receivable and manage petty cash. The role requires someone with good interpersonal skills and confidence who can relate well with customers.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Preparation & submission of customer invoices in line with agreed timelines
- Issuance of official Receipts for collection from clients
- Reconciliation of groups from clients with customer invoices
- Follow up on customer open invoices
- Posting customer receipts into QuickBooks and applying them to customer invoices
- Reconciliation of Accounts Receivables
- Manage the petty cash
- Ensure prompt and proper filing of all documents
- Other duties as assigned by manager/HOD
Qualifications and Requirements:
- First degree in accounting
- At least two years of work experience in a similar role.
- The preferred candidate should be under 30 years old.
- ICAN/ACCA Certification is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- High numeracy skills.
- Problem-solving skills and initiative.
- Very good Microsoft Office skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with little supervision
- Good interpersonal and customer relationship skills.
Salary Range: 150,000–200,000/month
