Applications are currently being accepted for the Nedbank Innovators of Tomorrow Internship Programme in 2024. Innovators of Tomorrow is a dynamic, paid internship initiative crafted for forward-thinking individuals, creators, and visionaries. It presents a distinctive opportunity to engage in a year-long, transformative journey.
The internship spans one year and includes rotations across various areas of the bank and the design team, providing exposure to disciplines such as SD, CX, Product Design, Design Systems, Design Training, Research, UX Writing, Data, and Analytics. Throughout the internship, participants will be paired with a buddy and mentors within the team to provide guidance.
The programme is designed with flexibility in mind. While certain aspects may necessitate on-site participation, remote opportunities are also provided for specific activities, ensuring inclusivity for a diverse group of participants.
Requirements:
- The internship is open to South Africans of all working ages.
- Nedbank seeks individuals with creative and innovative thinking who are inherently inclined towards design.
- Applicants should demonstrate flexibility, a constant eagerness to learn, and a willingness to apply their skills in novel and exciting ways.
- Participants should be prepared to step up and contribute to making a positive difference in the world.
- This is a full-time programme, allowing participants to fully engage in project work, mentorship sessions, and additional learning opportunities throughout the program.
