Applications are currently being accepted for the NITDA/Coursera Scholarship Cohort 3 Program. NITDA has collaborated with Coursera to offer scholarships facilitating the acquisition of professional certifications from renowned multinational tech companies (such as Meta, Google, IBM) and top-tier US universities. Interested individuals are required to select one certification program from each of Category A and Category B for enrollment.
- Category A (IT Career Pathway) presents a comprehensive array of 20 professional certification programs designed to jumpstart a successful IT career. Each program encompasses a series of interconnected courses focused on providing in-depth knowledge and hands-on skills essential for employment. Upon completion of each course within the program, a certificate of completion is awarded. However, the professional certification is granted upon the successful completion of all required courses in the program.
- Category B (Complementary Skills Pathway) offers 4 certification programs, providing flexibility for participants to choose and complement their IT career skills. These programs aim to enhance proficiency in digital productivity tools, entrepreneurship, or freelancing skills.
Benefits:
- Successfully accepted candidates will receive a Coursera license via the provided email, delivered in the form of a joining link. This link will enable them to access the program and enroll in a course.
- Every scholar will receive access to the Coursera license for six (6) months.
- Scholars are encouraged to utilize this period to complete multiple professional certifications. However, it is important to note that they can only be enrolled in one certification at a time. The certifications cover any of the 3MTT 12 core skills, which include Software Development, UI/UX Design, Data Analysis & Visualization, Quality Assurance, Product Management, Animation, AI/Machine Learning, Cybersecurity, Game Development, Data Science, Cloud Computing and Dev Ops.
