Applications are currently being accepted for the 2024 Graduate Trainee Programme at MultiChoice Group. MultiChoice Group is a multinational media and entertainment conglomerate headquartered in South Africa, Dubai, and the Netherlands, with primary operations in pay television, video entertainment, advertising, and content security. Its portfolio includes prominent brands such as DStv, GOtv, SuperSport, M-Net, DStv Media Sales, Showmax, and the European-based content security leader, Irdeto.
Objectives:
- Participate in an 18-month divisional rotation Graduate Development Program aimed at nurturing future leaders in the media and entertainment industry.
- Complete all training modules tailored for this program and receive mentorship, coaching, and on-the-job training.
- Collaborate closely with managers and colleagues on various projects and initiatives as needed.
- Acquire skills applicable to specialized areas including Digital Marketing, Customer Value Management, Sales, Finance, Customer Experience, Legal, Corporate Affairs and Marketing, IT, and Technology fields.
Requirements:
- Candidates must possess less than two years of work experience after completing their studies.
- Must be a South African citizen by birth/naturalization or eligible to work in South Africa.
- A minimum aggregate of 65% for completed or most recent academic results is required.
