Job Description:
- Strong typing abilities. Excellent memo writing and editing abilities. Excellent computer abilities and understanding of widely used program packages
- Familiarity with internet search engines and the ability to conduct background checks on well-defined jobs.
- Capable of working autonomously by managing priorities and workload within the confines of a general work schedule, instructions, and conventional procedures.
- Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English, as well as Mongolian
- Takes initiative and can begin/complete tasks with minimal guidance.
- Excellent Computer knowledge. Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point 2007 and Photoshop expertise are required. Learn and master the firm’s management system (Applied) as well as other carrier software or websites as needed.
- Ability to multitask and coordinate ongoing work while searching for methods to improve task efficiency.

Job Description:
- Assist the state accountant with payment processing.
- As needed, assist in the creation of various weekly/monthly reports for the Finance Manager and the State Accountant.
- Assist in the creation of payment sheets to be used for the payment of activity/operations expenditures.
- Assist in the creation and compilation of yearly budgets and cost assumption templates.
- Receive and evaluate payment requests/invoices and associated documents for correctness and completeness before posting by the Accountant and FAM.
- Assist in the generation of bill vouchers and payment vouchers, as well as their classification into the appropriate GL accounts codes as assigned by the MSH PMI-S Finance department.
- Assist with the verification and completion of store requisitions.
- Assist with periodic physical inventory checking.
- Assist in tracking the status of delivery completion.
- Assist with the printing, binding, scanning, and photocopying of staff documentation and training materials.
- Assist with the completion and registration of procurement documents such as activity profiles, purchase requests, and purchase orders.
- Assist with weekly inventory checks to ensure that allotted assets remain in the same location and are being used by the allottee.
- Support the prompt collection of retirement documentation from the LGA and State authorities.
- Perform any additional official responsibilities as given by the supervisor.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Candidate must have a background in finance and accounting, business administration, economics, or a similar discipline, as well as an NYSC discharge or exemption certificate.
- Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and time management
- Computer skills, including fluency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Good writing and spoken communication abilities are required.
