Applications are presently available for the 2024–2025 Singapore-ICAO Developing Countries Training Programme. Initiated in 2001 through collaboration between Singapore and ICAO, the Developing Countries Training Programme (DCTP) is supported by the Singapore Government and overseen by the ICAO Technical Cooperation Bureau. It has been renewed for another three years (April 2022 to March 2025), offering 330 fellowships and 10 scholarships to government officials from eligible developing ICAO Member States. These officials can attend specialized training programs organized by the Singapore Aviation Academy (SAA).
Eligibility Criteria:
- Government officials must receive endorsement/nomination from their Director-General of Civil Aviation or equivalent. Organizations are advised to nominate only one applicant per course due to the limited fellowships available.
- Applicants’ job qualifications/work portfolios should be relevant to the applied course.
Benefits:
- The fellowships cover course fees, hotel accommodation, and a daily allowance.
Selection Process:
- Applicants will be notified of the outcome of their application 8 weeks before the course start date. Successful applicants will receive an Award Letter via email.
- Participants are required to confirm acceptance of the award via email and submit a copy of the confirmed e-ticket.
