The FNB Graduate Team seeks individuals who possess a nontraditional approach to thinking, are innovative, self-motivated, and capable of efficiently completing tasks while surpassing customer expectations and upholding our commitment to providing genuine assistance. If you meet this description and are in your final year of a university program, particularly in the BSc and Commerce faculties, with a focus on Quantitative Sciences, Engineering, Physical Sciences, Information Sciences, and Computing Sciences, we encourage you to apply for the FNB Graduate Programme by submitting your CV and most recent academic transcript.
All positions within the graduate program are permanent roles. Successful candidates will be placed in specific business units on a full-time basis and will participate in monthly training sessions as well as an action learning project.
Requirements:
- Strong academic performance (Note: Academic transcript is required as part of the application)
- Currently in the final year of relevant university programs, particularly in the BSc and Commerce faculties, with emphasis on the following areas: Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Physics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Chemistry, Data Science, UX (usability and customer experience), or related fields.
- Possess analytical and numeric aptitude with strong problem-solving skills.
Your duties would involve:
- Providing outstanding service by actively listening to customer needs and devising innovative solutions tailored to meet their specific requirements.
- Contributing to the success of your team by efficiently completing assigned tasks, carefully planning your work, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring timely updates of pertinent information.
