Requirement
The BMGA Fellows Program is looking for enthusiastic young women from Africa and Asia who are dedicated to advancing their careers and making a positive impact in their communities:
- The program is open to young women from Africa and Asia.
- Applicants should be either final-year students or early-career professionals with less than three years of post-undergraduate work experience.
- Candidates must demonstrate outstanding academic achievement, either by graduating at the top of their class or maintaining a current or cumulative CGPA equivalent to a B+ according to the UK grade point system.
- Proficiency in English language skills (speaking, writing, and reading) is essential.
- Applicants are required to have consistent access to the Internet.
Selection Process
The selection process for the BMGA Fellows Program involves a thorough and transparent application process, during which the selection committee identifies highly promising candidates who are either early-career professionals or final-year undergraduate students.
