Requirements:
- First Degree in Social and Management Sciences, Arts and Humanities, or Computer Science
- Minimum of a second-class lower or lower credit.
- Completion of NYSC between 2023 and the application closing date.
- 28 years old or younger.
- Minimum of 5 O’level credits in one sitting, including English language and mathematics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
- Innovative and creative mindset.
Responsibilities as a Graduate Trainee:
As a graduate trainee, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Shadowing staff members across all departments at Dangote Cement.
- Participating in on-the-job training, meetings, workshops, and team-building events
- Taking notes on experiences and maintaining a log of lessons learned
- Compiling reports and delivering presentations to other staff members.
- Analyzing existing systems and proposing new ideas for improvement.
- Infusing positive energy into the organization and fostering lasting professional relationships with staff.
- Conducting research and assisting the supervisor when needed.
- Completing fieldwork or visiting different work sites as required.
- Upholding the good name of the company consistently
