Job Position: Supervisor -Treasury Analyst

Job Description:

Prepare, evaluate, and report monthly bank fees and interest costs.
Create a report on the cash flow analysis of payments and receivables.
Verify the bank entries in the account statement.
Verify domestic and foreign bank fees in accordance with the term sheet.
Create metrics for analyzing banks’ performance in terms of overdraft and IFF facilities, bank fees and commissions, and support for FX sourcing and collections.
Observe compliance with the accounting and financial control procedures.
Preparation of ad-hoc reports for management use, including building business cases, scenarios, simulations, and sensitivity analysis for informed decision making
Make suggestions for management decisions based on the report.
Examine the monthly schedule of interest provisions on long- and short-term loans to ensure that the ledger entries are accurate.
Submission of thorough and full treasury activity reports to the manager on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
Make sure the accounting entries in the company’s records are accurate.
Execute promptly any other duties the manager has given you.

Qualifications and Requirements:

BSc/HND in Accounting, Finance, Banking, Banking, and Finance Economics, or a closely related field
Relevant professional certification will be a plus.
MBA, ACA
A 3 years minimum of work experience in financial accounting or treasury is required.

Job Position: Production Manager

Job Description:

Work hand in hand with the Head of production to ensure the proper interplay/ management and effective planning of labor, materials, machines, and time; also effective utilization of shop floor to achieve production requirements.
Ensure the effective and efficient coordination of production operations to meet and deliver volume targets by due dates meeting specific quality standards as required by sales /marketing plans at all times
Ensure and maintain a high level of hygiene in the factory(GMP)
Ensure that the general working environment is harmonious, conducive and accident-free
Work hand in hand with the Head-Production to provide the necessary support to subordinates in order to function effectively and efficiently
Ensure factory overall equipment efficiency (OEE) of a minimum 85% on a monthly basis
Ensure a maximum factory flexible waste level of 2.0% and 1.5% of powder tolerance level on a monthly basis
Ensure 100% actual Vs. Planned production on all pack sizes and product line
Ensure that safety infrastructure (personnel, work environment, machines, etc.) is used and adhered to strictly.
To manage the factory functions of NPD, PMO, Packaging, and margin Improvement activities within an organization
Preparation of monthly reconciliation report
Periodic review of all production manuals for all factories as the need arises
Ensures compliance with FSMS-related activities in the department
Coaching subordinates to success and performance improvement
General administration (e.g., HR functions / BPMS, keeping attendance records, etc for the dept.)
Perform all safety tasks assigned by the Line Manager

Qualifications and Requirements:

HND/Bsc/M.Sc – Biochemistry, Food Technology, Industrial chemistry, chemistry, or Relevant discipline
M.Sc /MBA and other relevant professional certification is an added advantage
