Required Qualifications: OND – BA/BSC/HND

Location: Lagos | Nigeria.

Job Description:

Ensure that all electrical and mechanical components of the production machinery are properly maintained.
Produce a daily report on all reported electrical and mechanical issues.
Perform preventative and periodic maintenance on all electrical and mechanical panels and machinery.
Ensure that defects are attended to as soon as possible and that technological issues are detected and corrected as soon as possible.
All coding machines for flexibles and cartons are repaired and maintained.
Repair all electrical and mechanical scales.
Assure a proper maintenance culture, machine and worker safety, and outstanding cleanliness.
Ensure that all panels, tools, and components are always appropriately kept and handled.
Ensure that the necessary and standard operating processes are carefully followed.
Maintain the correct operation of machines, their attachments, and other production equipment while minimizing downtime.
Installation of new machinery and equipment.
Production worker training.
Performs any food safety tasks specified by the department’s chief.
Any other jobs assigned by Supervisor.

Qualifications and Requirements:

A minimum of Trade Test 2 or 3 or an OND in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Workshop craft, or Mechatronics HND is an added advantage
A minimum of two years of expertise
