KEY PURPOSE:
This program aims to fully develop learners within the food and beverage packaging sector by providing recognition, enhancing mobility, and enabling portability within the beverage manufacturing and fast-moving consumer goods industries. Participants will complete the National Certificate in Food and Beverage Packaging, NQF Level 3 Learnership.
The Learnership:
Participants will gain exposure to:
- Bottling procedures and protocols
- Adherence to safety and cleanliness standards
- Quality testing and standards
- Proper food handling practices

Requirements:
- Completion of Grade 12 with Mathematics (excluding Mathematics Literacy) and physical sciences with a minimum of 40%
- Proficiency in two South African languages with a minimum of 40%
- No prior completion of the same qualification/learnership at another organization Other Requirements:
- South African Citizenship
- Employment Equity candidate
- Unemployed at the time of appointment
- Age between 18-35 years
- Commitment to a 12-month learnership program
