Our Early Career Program for Field Engineers offers recent graduates an opportunity to embark on a transformative journey in their careers. This comprehensive program spans approximately 36 months and immerses participants in the world of enhancing energy efficiency and production for our clients. Graduates of this program are equipped with the knowledge and skills to make meaningful and innovative contributions to our future.

The program features multiple start dates in 2024, and we encourage early applications. Nonetheless, we will keep accepting applications until all available positions are occupied.

As a field engineer, you will serve as the primary liaison between our on-site teams and our valued clients. Your role will encompass technical expertise and professional leadership, where you will lead teams to ensure the proper installation, maintenance, and initiation of equipment. By delivering innovative solutions, you will not only contribute to our future but also help establish reliable and top-quality support for our customers. As part of our Early Career Program for Field Engineers, your responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with team members to deploy tools and services, including maintaining communication with customers and onshore operations managers
  • Participating in troubleshooting and devising solutions for complex technical challenges through hands-on work at the rig site
  • Preparing, documenting, and managing the movement of equipment and products, both to and from the well site.
  • Assisting in tender processes, including data analysis, cost estimation, and invoicing activities
  • Engaging in job shadowing opportunities to gain a holistic understanding of our business.

Requirements:

To excel in this role, you should:

  • Hold a bachelor’s degree in engineering (all fields), mathematics, chemistry, geosciences, or a related field, earned within the past 36 months.
  • Maintain a GPA of 3.0/4.0 or equivalent.
  • Possess fluency in both written and spoken English, with excellent communication skills.
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, teamwork aptitude, and leadership abilities.
  • Exhibit proficiency in critical thinking, numerical skills, data analysis, and project management.
  • Be legally authorized to work in the country where you are applying without requiring company sponsorship or facing time restrictions.
