Job Description:
Cover a wide range of journalism activities, producing news content and supporting the production of said content for digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
- Utilize a variety of video, audio, and digital devices, as well as information technologies.
- To do research, write, organize, edit, and deliver outputs in the appropriate media to the highest professional standards.
- To tailor different news treatments for various audiences while ensuring the result represents our target audience.
- To create compelling packages using a variety of production talents.
- Maintaining the highest editing standards while meeting tight timelines.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Significant recent journalism experience, as well as expertise in production procedures.
- Have a track record of filming and editing high-quality video content, with
- knowledge of working with Final Cut-Pro and other tools and applications as required.
- Ability to use technology as required to gather material for digital output.
- Flexibility and adaptability are required to maintain performance, particularly when deadlines are looming and priorities and circumstances shift.
