Nigerian Agip Exploration (NAE) Limited, on behalf of the NNPC/NAE PSC, is dedicated to the development and training of human resources as part of its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) effort.
In order to fulfill this pledge, NAE is soliciting applications from adequately qualified and motivated Nigerian graduates for the 2024/2025 Postgraduate Scholarship Award Scheme. The scholarship is provided in two categories:
1. Overseas – for studies at a reputable international university
2. Local – for studies at a recognized Nigerian university

NOTES:
- Applications must be submitted solely through the designated web portal for consideration.
- SCHOLASTICA serves as the designated platform for the 2024/2025 NAE Postgraduate Scholarship Award Scheme.
- All applicants are required to provide accurate and complete information.
- Successful candidates will undergo a Computer Based Test on the 8th of June 2024, administered through Remote Online Proctoring Test System.
- Applications submitted via email will not be considered.

Requirements:
To qualify for the 2024/2025 NAE Postgraduate Scholarship Award scheme, applicants MUST:
1. Have obtained at least a Second Class Upper Bachelor’s degree from a recognized Nigerian university.
2. Have secured admission into a Nigerian or Overseas university (depending on the category applied for) for a one-year Master’s Degree program in any of the listed disciplines.
3. Be under the age of 28 by December 31st, 2024.
4. Have finished the one-year National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) program.
5. Hold an international passport valid for travel for at least one year from September 2024 (for the overseas category).
Selection Process:
Please take note:
1. Only candidates who are shortlisted will be contacted for the aptitude test.
2. Those who are shortlisted will receive instructions for the qualifying test via SMS text and email. Please ensure that your contact information is valid.
3. Employees of NAE and its affiliate companies, as well as their dependents, are not eligible for this scholarship.
4. Current and past recipients of similar awards from NAE, other affiliate companies, and agencies are ineligible.
5. Please ensure careful understanding of the instructions before commencing the application to avoid errors and disqualification.
6. Strict adherence to the above guidelines is mandatory.
Completion of the application form and receipt of a test invitation do not imply any commitment on the part of NNPC/NAE PSC, nor does it entitle applicants to make any claims or seek indemnity from NAE and/or its partners by responding to this invitation to apply for the Postgraduate scholarship award.
The NAE scholarship includes coverage for tuition, books, field trips, accommodation, living expenses, and a return economy ticket for the chosen one-year academic program.
Application Documents:
Before starting the application process, applicants should ensure they have the following documents scanned clearly:
- Passport photograph (450 × 450 pixels) with a white background, taken within the last 6 months.
- A provisional admission letter for postgraduate studies for the 2024–2025 academic session from a recognized university, either local or overseas. The admission letter must be for the course indicated in the candidate’s application.
- First Degree Certificate
- NYSC Discharge Certificate
- Acceptable forms of identification include a valid ID card such as a driver’s license, voter’s card, or national identity card.
- Valid International Passport Data Page for Overseas category applicants only (Valid for travel for at least one year from September 2024)
- Birth Certificate from the Local government
- NAE Compliance Declaration Form
Method of Application:
To apply, follow these steps:
1. Click on the “Apply Now” tab.
2. Select the option “Register Now” to establish an account..
3. Proceed to your email inbox to activate your account.
4. Return to the Scholarship site at www.scholastica.ng.
5. Input your registered email address and password to set up your profile.
6. Fill in the Personal Details, Undergraduate, and Postgraduate Sections only. Upload applicable documents (refer to section A). Note: Overseas category applicants are advised to consider applying for the Local Postgraduate Scholarship Award as well.
7. Do not fill the Secondary Level, Bank details, or download the undergraduate profile verification form on the application portal.
8. Please ensure that the name provided in the application matches the names on all documentation in the exact order. If there are any discrepancies, you must provide a sworn affidavit or certificate to rectify the issue.
9. Review all uploaded documents to eliminate errors during uploading.
10. Double-check application information to avoid errors.
11. Click “Apply Now” to submit information at https://candidate.scholastica.ng/schemes/thennpcltdnaescholarships2024 or return to the home page at www.scholastica.ng and select the 2024-2025 NAE Postgraduate Scholarship Awards to access the application page.
12. Upon successful submission, you will receive an email confirmation of your application.

- Applicants have the option to apply for both Local and International categories.
- Submitting multiple applications within the same category will lead to disqualification.
- Before applying, be sure to review your profile thoroughly.
