Applications are currently being accepted for the 2025–2027 ISPA Netherlands Fellowship, designed for mid-career leaders in the performing arts sector from The Netherlands, Ghana, Indonesia, and South Africa. The ISPA Fellowship Program aims to facilitate the growth of emerging and mid-career professionals in the performing arts by providing them with opportunities to expand their international networks through membership and participation in ISPA Congresses. Fellows from various disciplines, genres, and types of arts organizations are welcome to apply.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Applicants should be individuals working in performing arts management, demonstrating a strong commitment to enhancing the global connectivity of the industry and showing initiative in their professional growth.
- Successful candidates are those who enjoy interacting with a diverse range of people.

New York ISPA Congress
Fellows participate in the New York Congress, engaging with leaders from some of the world’s most significant arts organizations.
Community Building Program
During the New York Congress, each new Fellow is paired with a current ISPA member who assists in their integration and participation.
Fellows Seminar Day
Prior to the New York Congress, Fellows attend a one-day Seminar where they engage in peer-to-peer discussions and workshops.
