Applications are currently open for the 2024 AgriTech4Egypt Innovation Challenge. This challenge, powered by CGIAR Accelerate for Impact Platform (A4IP) and co-organized with CGIAR Centers – The Alliance of Bioversity International and CIAT, ICARDA, IWMI, and IFPRI – alongside the Academy of Scientific Research and Technology (ASRT) of Egypt, is endorsed by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research of Egypt (MOHESR). It is supported by PRIMA, Climate Resilient Africa Fund (CRAF), ALEX BANK, Syngenta Foundation for Sustainable Agriculture (SFSA), and various CGIAR Initiatives and units operating in the MENA region.
Requirements:
- The AgriTech4Egypt Innovation Challenge targets early-stage agri-tech ventures in Egypt.
- Applicants should have a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) or Proof of Concept (POC) at this stage.
- The program aims to assist participants in developing a robust go-to-market strategy through technical validation and market access support.
