The Bauchi State Scholarship Board (BSSB) management hereby announces the opening of the scholarship portal for the 2023-2024 registration period. This registration process commences on March 18th, 2024, and will last for one month. It is open to all students and the general public.
For students who applied earlier for the 2023-2024 scholarship but have not received their allowances, the government has made arrangements for their immediate payment.

The scholarship serves as a means of supporting students’ educational expenses or providing assistance to those in need, based on certain criteria.
Application Requirements:
Interested students/applicants are required to bring along their Matriculation Number or admission Number, Bank Details, Two (2) Passport Photographs, and an Indigene Certificate. Additionally, students are advised to visit their previously approved CAFÉ for authentic online registration.
Application Procedure:
Step 1:
Visit any accredited registration centre within or outside Bauchi to initiate your online application. It is imperative to carefully read and understand the terms and conditions of the scholarship program, as non-compliance may lead to rejection of the application.
Step 2:
Submit payment of One thousand two Hundred Naira (N1200) for the application form and Three Hundred Naira (N300) for online registration and application.
Step 3:
Retrieve the completed acknowledgement printout slip and proceed to your institution for attestation. Await further instructions for physical verification.
