Program Details:
- The Restaurant Management Trainee is tasked with supporting the Restaurant Manager in effectively and profitably managing the assigned restaurant, adhering to the Company’s Standard of Operations (SOP).
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (B.Sc.) or Higher National Diploma (HND) with a minimum of Second Class Upper or Upper Credit.
- Essential Skills: Passion for culinary excellence, and culinary skills are advantageous and demonstrable leadership abilities.
