Applications are currently being accepted for the 2024 Meristem’s Starlet Graduate Trainee Programme. Meristem conducts an annual recruitment process for candidates to join the graduate trainee program, known as the Meristem Starlet Program. Successful candidates undergo a three-year training program, which includes classroom sessions, rotations across various business units, and on-the-job training. The aim is to develop them into versatile professionals in the field of investment banking.
We are seeking individuals who possess skills relevant to our three thematic areas:
- Investment Analysis
- Business Development
- Leadership
Requirements:
- Strong interest in pursuing a career in finance and investments.
- At least a second-class lower degree.
- Applicant must have completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) program.
- 0 to 2 years of experience post-NYSC (candidates with more than two years of experience may be considered if they hold relevant professional qualifications and have less than four years of post-NYSC experience).
- Preferred academic backgrounds include Economics, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or any related numerical discipline.
