The BAT Global Graduate Programme – Operations assists in developing exceptional Manufacturing, Corporate, and commercial skills, providing a comprehensive understanding of the dynamic and rapidly changing environment within our Manufacturing functions. Operating in demanding markets and on intricate projects, our Manufacturing team has a broad perspective of the business and collaborates to meet business objectives.
Requirements
- Holder of a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Sciences, Supply Chain, or Quality
- Completing the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) program
- Having no more than three years of experience following graduation
- Display of leadership through extracurricular activities
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivation, initiative, and determination to succeed
- Availability for national and/or international mobility
- Proficiency in English (both written and spoken)
