Applications are currently being accepted for the 2024–2025 Harvard Global Health Institute LEAD Fellowship Program.
The 2024–2025 LEAD Fellowship is a one-year program designed to help people from low- and middle-income nations improve their leadership abilities. In an effort to support the advancement of female leaders in the field of global health, the Harvard Global Health Institute (HGHI) and the Department of Global Health and Population at the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health jointly offer it.
The 2024-2025 LEAD Fellowship program will feature a 12-month virtual curriculum supplemented by a four-week, in-person experience in Spring 2025. Throughout the fellowship year, participants will benefit from personalized leadership coaching, mentorship, executive education courses, speaking engagements, leadership workshops, and networking opportunities.
Harvard LEAD Fellows have the flexibility to design their own customized leadership development plans. They are connected with esteemed faculty members and senior mentors who provide guidance and instruction tailored to their individual interests and objectives. Additionally, LEAD fellows participate in specialized leadership training sessions as a cohort and are presented with chances for public speaking, networking, and independent project work. Each year, fellows graduate from the program having established a supportive network of peers and mentors throughout Harvard University. The fellowship program is especially meant to provide global health experts with the chance to think, network, and discover new things..
