- Must be a student residing and studying in Nigeria.
- Applicants must be in their final year of enrollment at an accredited tertiary institution, which can be either public, selected private, or a polytechnic.
- A clear statement of purpose.
- CGPA of 3.0/Cumulative grade of 65% or higher with academic records as proof.
- Must demonstrate financial or economic need.
