Applications are currently being accepted for the 2024 Yunus & Youth Global Fellowship Program. This fellowship is designed to equip young social entrepreneurs with the skills and resources needed to develop innovative and economically sustainable social businesses that align with the 17 UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
Ideal Candidates:
- Social Business Founders or Co-Founders who are dedicated to addressing social or environmental issues in line with the UN SDGs.
- Youth aged between 18 and 30, with exceptions for outstanding applicants beyond this age range.
- Early-stage initiatives that have progressed beyond the idea stage and have been prototyped and tested.
- Innovative solutions that incorporate new mindsets or technologies in their products, services, processes, or contexts.
- Willingness to contribute at least 5 hours per week to the Y&Y Fellowship and the growth of the Y&Y Community.
- Commitment to equity and diversity, targeting or representing minority groups based on regional demographics (ethnic/racial minorities, gender minorities, LGBTQIA+, refugees and displaced people, low-income individuals, or people with disabilities).
