The Legal Aid SA Future Attorneys Recruitment Programme is reopened on a yearly basis. In 2024, it will recommence on February 5, 2024, and conclude on March 6, 2024.
Requirements
- Legal Aid SA will exclusively consider applications from LLB graduates. Applicants are required to attach their academic transcripts during the application process.
- A minimum degree average of 60% is accepted by Legal Aid SA.
- 2024 applications are intended for placement in the same year. Legal Aid SA fills Candidate Attorney positions as vacancies arise at its offices, making the recruitment process ongoing throughout the year.

If you have filed an application and have not gotten a response within three months, you should contact Legal Aid SA by sending an email to the relevant Human Resources representative for the province you choose for placement. Please include your full name, ID number, and email address.
