Bankly is a financial technology company that is at the forefront of advancing cash digitization and consumer services driven by data. Since its establishment in 2019, Bankly has been dedicated to constructing the necessary infrastructure to cater to Nigeria’s informal sector, serving approximately 35,000 customers through a network of about 15,000 agents across Nigeria.
Our primary objective is to establish a bank specifically designed for the financially underserved. We envision promoting financial inclusion and expanding access by creating digital pathways to connect with and offer affordable financial products and services to over 48 million adult Nigerians. At Bankly, we firmly believe that the speed of money is enhanced through digital means.
In alignment with this vision, we are establishing a hybrid infrastructure to facilitate the easy and secure storage and transfer of cash.

Requirements:
- Possession of a Bachelor’s Degree and NYSC Discharge Certificate
- Maximum age of 26 or below
- Proactive and tech-savvy with outstanding communication skills.
