Applications are currently open for the 2024 Z Zurich Foundation One Young World Scholarship, providing an opportunity to attend the One Young World Summit 2024 in Montreal, Canada. The Z Zurich Foundation Scholarship 2024 aims to facilitate the participation of 30 young leaders involved in prevention-focused mental well-being projects, adaptation-focused climate resilience projects, or initiatives promoting social equity through education, employability, or entrepreneurship solutions. The One Young World Summit 2024 is scheduled to take place in Montréal, Canada, from September 18 to 21.

Selection Criteria
- Applicants must ensure they fall within the age range of 18 to 30 at the time of the One Young World Summit 2024.
- Demonstrates a passion for local and global issues.
- Shows a proven commitment to creating positive change.
- Willingness to engage and collaborate with fellow scholarship recipients and Zurich employees attending the Summit.
- Demonstrates impact in a field aligned with the work of the Z Zurich Foundation, specifically:
- Improving Mental Wellbeing
- Enabling Social Equity
- Adapting to Climate Change
Benefits Selected scholars will receive:
- Selected applicants will be granted entry to the One Young World Summit 2024 in Montréal.
- Participation in supplementary scholarship programming orchestrated by Z Zurich Foundation.. This programming is expected to involve pre and post-One Young World Summit sessions, providing opportunities to meet and learn with the broader Z Zurich Foundation delegation. Additionally, an impact-focused development day is scheduled for Sunday, September 22, during conference week.
- Lodging in Montréal from September 17 to 23 (inclusive)
- Round-trip air travel.
- Catering, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
- Transportation between venues during the Summit in Montréal.
