One Young World Lead2030 Challenge

Written by admin

Education serves as the cornerstone of sustainable development, empowering and elevating individuals, nations, and societies. Despite its transformative potential, millions worldwide face impediments hindering them from realizing their full potential. Investing in education and skills emerges as the solution—a foundational bedrock fostering opportunity, progress, and the creation of better futures for all.

Our future, embodied by innovators, entrepreneurs, and leaders, will necessitate new skills to confront the challenges of tomorrow. Unfortunately, as of today, 800 million youths are poised to lack even the basic skills essential for workforce success by 2030. Although educational inequality was a prevailing global challenge pre-dating COVID, the pandemic has further widened the learning gap.

At Deloitte, we are steadfast in our commitment to expanding opportunities for 100 million people by 2030, achieved through developing job skills, enhancing educational outcomes, and providing opportunities for individuals from underrepresented and marginalized groups globally. In alignment with this ambition, Deloitte proudly supports the Lead2030 Challenge for SDG4 for the fifth consecutive year. Through collaborative efforts, we aim to expedite innovative youth-led solutions that ensure inclusive, equitable, and quality education for all.
