Applications are presently open for the 2024 Digital Africa Talent 4 Startups Program. This comprehensive program, developed and initiated by Digital Africa, addresses the needs of early-stage African startups by facilitating the recruitment of qualified talent. Simultaneously, it provides training and employment opportunities to young individuals through dedicated scholarships offered by partner training institutions specializing in tech and digital professions.
Eligibility Requirements:
- Age between 18 and 35 years
- Residency in a country where one of the program’s partners provides training
- Commitment to intensive training lasting between 2 and 9 months
- Job search in the tech sector, particularly within a startup
If selected, participants will acquire operational, technical, and human skills—essential attributes in the eyes of prospective employers. These skills include:
