Applications are currently open for the 2024 Audi Environmental Foundation Scholarships.
Society, politics, and business are increasingly influenced by factors such as scarce resources, environmental degradation, climate change, and population growth. As societal values evolve, sustainability is becoming an integral part of individuals’ outlook on life. Addressing the complex challenges that lie ahead requires the collaborative efforts of partners to develop effective concepts and solutions.
In collaboration with One Young World, the Audi Environmental Foundation is offering scholarships to 15 inspiring young leaders to attend the One Young World Summit 2024 in Montréal (Tiohtià:ke), Canada. These scholarships aim to support young leaders actively driving change and addressing the climate crisis through innovative technologies, advancing climate education, or preserving ecosystems by halting or reversing land degradation.
Requirements:
- Age between 18 and 30.
- Nationals of all countries are eligible to apply.
- Demonstrated commitment to delivering positive change.
- Capacity for leadership.
- Comprehension of important local and/or global concerns.
- Track record of creating impactful and innovative solutions.
- Demonstrated impact and innovation in addressing environmental challenges.
Benefits:
Scholars will receive:
- Entry to the 2024 One Young World Summit in Montreal, Canada.
- Hotel accommodation in Montreal from September 18 to 21, 2024.
- Participation in the pre-event by Audi AG and the Audi Environmental Foundation on September 17, 2024 (Note: Ability to participate in the pre-event is a criterion for accepting the scholarship place).
- Travel costs to and from Montreal (economy flights).
- Catering, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
- Transportation between the Summit accommodation and the Summit venue.
