The 3 Million Technical Talent (3MTT) program is a vital component of the Renewed Hope agenda, with the objective of nurturing Nigeria’s technical talent pool to propel our digital economy and position Nigeria as a net exporter of talent. The inaugural phase of this program is executed in collaboration with the National Information Technology Development Agency (NITDA) and involves multiple stakeholders, including fellows, training providers, partners, and placement organizations.
This first phase is structured as a fellowship model in partnership with NITDA. Individuals with a keen interest in specific technical skills will be selected, and the program will cover the cost of their training with training providers who are part of the program.

Program Details
The courses offered in this phase have an average duration of three (3) months. The training is hybrid, incorporating both online and in-person components. While a majority of the training can be completed remotely, certain aspects necessitate in-person training. An entry assessment will be conducted to assess the skill level of each applicant, aiding in the selection of the most appropriate course for the fellows.
Financial Considerations
For this phase of the program, the only financial support provided covers the cost of training. Participants are responsible for their transportation, meals, and additional expenses.
