The Female Founders Growth Program, in collaboration with the International Finance Corporation (IFC) and WEAV Capital, is specifically tailored to support women-led tech startups in Nigeria. Chosen startups will participate in a top-tier investment readiness program designed to assist high-potential female-led tech companies in securing capital. The program will be collaboratively conducted by IFC and WEAV Capital.
Selected startups will gain access to customized and immersive sessions aimed at enhancing their business models, refining their fundraising strategies, and preparing their data rooms for potential investors. Additionally, selected start-ups will undergo intensive training in financial management, cash flow optimization, and investment readiness for both equity and debt funding.

The Female Founders’ Growth Programme, spanning six weeks, includes mentorship sessions, masterclasses, and an investor pitch day. Participants will be able to utilize the following resources:
- Access to an experienced faculty through masterclasses and mentoring sessions.
- Participation in IFC’s Financial Management Training Program
- A non-equity grant of $10,000.
- Access to a supportive community and peer founders.

Requirements:
To qualify for the program, companies must meet the following requirements:
- Have a female founder or co-founder (at least one female member on the founding team).
- Possess a minimum viable product with some initial users.
- Achieve annual revenues between $50,000 and $1 million.
- Receive less than $500,000 in funding.
- Operate for more than a year but less than 5 years.
- Be a business in any sector that is either technology-based or technology-enabled.
- Be an early-stage (pre-seed or seed) company seeking institutional funding to advance their product to the next stage of growth.
The 6-week virtual program will commence in mid-October and conclude in November, with a time commitment of approximately 5 hours per week.
