Requirements
Sales Graduate Candidates need the following:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce (BCom) – with preference to majors in Economics/Econometrics/Statistics or similar subjects
- You must achieve a minimum academic result of 70% to be considered for this position. Additionally, possessing a valid Code 8 driver’s license is a requirement for the job, and failure to do so will result in disqualification from the interview process. Strong communication skills, particularly fluency in English, are essential, as is the ability to reason well and possess good numeracy and analytical skills. The ideal candidate should be a team player with cross-functional abilities, willing to travel, and a self-starter with a service-oriented mindset. Flexible working hours are necessary, and the successful candidate should be highly tenacious, self-disciplined, and results-focused, with excellent presentation skills and a strategic and proactive approach.
