Job Description:

Develop and implement comprehensive brand marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, recognition, and customer engagement.
Create and maintain a consistent brand identity, ensuring all brand touchpoints align with the company’s vision, values, and positioning.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Commercial Studios, and Talent Management, to develop compelling brand campaigns and initiatives that resonate with the target audience.
Manage and oversee all aspects of brand communication, including advertising, social media, content marketing, PR activities, and events.
Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify opportunities for brand differentiation and market positioning.
Maintain good ties with media outlets, influencers, and industry partners to maximize brand exposure and secure positive media coverage.
Lead crisis management and reputation management efforts, ensuring effective communication during challenging situations.
Perform market research and analysis to determine customer preferences, market opportunities, and emerging trends to inform brand strategies.
Work with internal stakeholders to maintain brand consistency.
Messaging and alignment across all departments and touchpoints.
Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics, track campaign effectiveness, and provide regular reports to senior management.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in any related field
Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Creative thinking and a keen eye for design, ensuring consistent brand aesthetics across various platforms.
Experience in managing media relations, PR activities, and crisis communication.
Solid understanding of digital marketing channels, social media platforms, and content marketing strategies.

Job Specifications: Airport Manager

Job Type: Full Time

Required Qualifications: BA/BSC/HND

Location: Sokoto | Nigeria.

Job Description:

Ensure operational efficiency in terms of on-time performance, with the goal of reaching a turnaround time of 25 minutes and an average monthly OTP of 80% or above.
Leveraging Green Africa’s services and brand equity as a reliable value carrier
Ensuring that all workers, including third-party service providers and ramp drivers/vehicles, conform to Green Africa’s safety requirements.
Ensuring implementation of SOPs as reflected in the approved Airport Services Manual and ensuring corrective and preventive actions for audit findings
Liaison with all stakeholders, including contact centers, security, facilities and logistics, commercial studios, and third-party service providers, on a frequent basis to ensure seamless daily operations and effective service recovery for consumers during IROPS.
Conducting monthly strategy meetings to achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly targets/goals (e.g. monthly KPIs for OTP, ancillary income, and ticket sales, as well as other performance metrics to improve).

Qualifications and Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree or Higher Diploma in any field
5 years of proven experience in Airport Operations
IATA certification would be an advantage

Job Specifications: Duty Officer

Job Type: Full Time

Required Qualifications: BA/BSC/HND

Location: Sokoto | Nigeria.

Job Description:

Supervising resource utilization to meet Green Africa’s standards while balancing customer service and accounting requirements
Providing leadership and direction for assigned staff over a 7day shift covering all daily flights to achieve departmental goals for productivity and quality
Providing correct information regarding fares, ticketing, product knowledge and refunds to airport front-level staff
Maintaining accurate records and updating PNR files
Supervising all Reservations & Ticketing team activities in both the back office and front desk to optimize all customer interactions into potential sales outcome
ensuring that all agreed-upon SLAs, safety standards, and procedures are followed by both internal and external parties
Ensuring all in-house teams and third parties adhere to agreed working practices/guidelines to ensure safe and on time turnaround

Qualifications and Requirements:
