Job Description:
The role will support the ongoing operation of the firm’s enhanced System of Quality Management (SoQM) in line with our quality requirements and support the firm’s effective performance of internal audit activities. The position has several facets and calls for a self-driven, resourceful person with attention to detail, solid research abilities, and outstanding teamwork and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the performance of the annual risk assessment process under ISQM1 for the firm.
- Assist with the design, implementation, and remediation of SoQM controls and preparation of SoQM documentation, ensuring consistent quality.
- Support the maintenance and quality of SoQM-related documentation.
- Assist with the operation of the firm’s risk control tool to ensure appropriate control execution by the business.
- Assist with ongoing monitoring activities through related compliance testing and reporting of exceptions, remediation plans, and conclusions.
- Participate in managing interactions and communications with the Global SoQM team and EMA SoQM team.
- Support in compiling periodic SoQM status reports to the SoQM Lead.
- Participate in the performance of audits in line with testing plans/checklists.
- Support the evaluation of internal controls over assigned areas of audit and in line with global compliance review programs, to ensure compliance with the firm’s policies and identify any non-compliance for reporting.
- Participate in effectiveness review and compliance assessment projects on AML/CFT in line with global and local requirements.
- Participate in the firm’s independence compliance audits and compliance confirmation programs.
- Support with the development, improvement, and implementation of the firm’s risk management policies, processes, and procedures.
- Investigate risk exceptions and do root cause analysis.
- Assist in developing remediation plans for ineffective controls.
- Assist in developing and presenting reports to the firm leadership regarding results and suggested improvements.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any relevant discipline.
- Professional accounting certification (e.g. ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA).
- 3-5 years relevant experience in external audit, internal audit, internal control, compliance, or risk management-related roles.
- Knowledge of the International System of Quality Management (ISQM1) will be an added advantage/ preferable but not essential.

As the Sales Enablement Lead for Connected Enterprise (the firm’s global approach to digital transformation) in Africa, you will be responsible for defining our sales enablement strategy, selecting tools, and developing processes to deliver on that strategy, and ultimately increasing the effectiveness of our Africa sales organization. We want to talk to you if you excel in fast-paced environments and have 6 years of strong B2B experience in sales enablement involving complex products in an OEM or Consulting environment. This individual will work with the global Connected Enterprise team and various other global teams, the sector line of business (LOB), and functional teams across our African network of member firms to drive the firm’s sales agenda for Connected Enterprise in Africa.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary contact for Connected Enterprise-related sales queries for Africa
- Provide Sales Enablement support for Accounts to grow with Sales & Pipeline Management, Reporting, and Financial Analysis with Account Summary and Go-To-Market Strategies.
- Pursuits support with Strategic Research, Marketing, Event Coordination, and Relationship Building Projects.
- Support Business Development Teams on Go-To-Market Strategies, Field Play Analysis, Solution Centric Support, Financial Analysis, and Relationship Management.
- Revenue planning by coordinating with Connected Cluster Heads and Service Line Heads
- Provide enablers to identify specific actionable and strategic opportunities for the firm.
- Strong Research Support identifying industry trends and disruptions and contextualizing them to highlight the potential market opportunity areas to win complex problem
- Sector/Client – lead campaigns from scoping to executing the final product/solution
- Attend and participate in all calls with the account team counterparts and share progress and status updates.

- Help the BD Team with RFP, RFI, along with Analyst views.

- Lead Connected Maturity Assessment workshops with account and pursuit teams in Africa

- Be responsible for the Connected Enterprise pipeline management for Africa and reporting thereof to the global team.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- B.Sc., B.A. degree, or equivalent
- 6+ years of B2B experience in a sales enablement leadership role
- Demonstrated track record of developing and delivering training programs with measurably improved sales productivity and performance
- Proven experience creating and deploying successful onboarding plans within sales organizations
- Experience with high-touch, enterprise sales cycles
- Strong knowledge of sales effectiveness (skills/knowledge training)
- Strong project management skills, especially project planning, and delivery
- Ability to prioritize and balance multiple ongoing initiatives
- High energy level
- Previous sales enablement experience in a rapidly growing, successful OEM or consulting firm
- Experience with CRM tools will be an added advantage
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic workplace
- A flair for developing relationships across functions and departments and international borders.
