Job Position: Sales Representative

Required Qualifications: BA/BSC/HND

Location: Lagos | Nigeria.

Job Description:

  • Responsible for facilitating the growth of Lucky Pens’ business in the area, including the recruitment of new customers and the enhancement of existing customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate sales and ensure products delivery in the assigned Areas
  • Regularly review with the Customers their performance in line with the agreed target.
  • Create a regional areas business strategy and customer’s business plan for the regions
  • Identify and build new sales opportunities in the selected areas.
  • Maintaining effective communication between clients and the necessary parties (sales, finance, supply chain, and production) to guarantee growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage the relevant documentation for delivery to customers.

KPI:

  • Achieve sales targets
  • Number of new customers
  • Frequency of orders
  • Service level (speed of delivery)

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Relevant sales and business development expertise is required.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft operating systems especially PowerPoint & Excel
  • HND or BSC in any Degree.
  • Excellent command of the English language
  • Valid driving license

Job Position: Area Sales Representative North West

Required Qualifications: BA/BSC/HND

Location: Kano | Nigeria.

Job Description:

  • Responsible for the growth of Lucky & BIC products in the assigned Area through enhanced RTM and Customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate sales and ensure product delivery in the assigned Areas.
  • Drive primary and secondary sales in the assigned territories.
  • Regularly review with the Customers their performance in line with the agreed target.
  • Identify and build new sales opportunities in the selected areas.
  • maintaining effective communication between clients and the necessary parties (sales, finance, supply chain, and production) to guarantee growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage the relevant documentation for delivery to Customers.

Key Performance Indicators / Key Figures:

  • Achieve annual sales targets.
  •  Number of new customers recruited.
  • Frequency of orders.
  • Service level (speed of delivery and speed to shelf)

Qualifications and Requirements:

R= Required D = Desired

R – Relevant sales and business development expertise is required.

R – HND or BSC in any Degree.

R – Proficient in the use of the English language

R – Valid driving license

R – Good knowledge of Microsoft operating system, especially PowerPoint & Excel

R – Ability to drive for long hours

R – Business and results-oriented with a track record of negotiation skill

R – able to recognize potential new clients and market areas for sales

R – Understand the needs of customers and provide solution lead
