IHS Towers is a significant company that owns operates, and develops telecommunications infrastructure that is shared among multiple users. They specialize in emerging markets in Sub-Saharan Africa, the Middle East & and Latin America. Their services include tower colocation, deployment, and managed services. Young engineering graduates, they offered a 5-month program called TSAP, which can help them advance their careers with the largest independent tower company in Nigeria.
Our program aims to provide participants with the knowledge, skills, and abilities to efficiently build, maintain, and operate our network of sites throughout Nigeria. Through intensive classroom training led by our in-house faculty, extensive e-learning on our IHS Academy platform, and on-the-job training with our engineering leaders, managers, and teams, participants can accelerate their personal and professional development.
Requirements
- To be considered, you must have a Bachelor’s degree with a Second-Class Lower or Upper Credit in fields such as Electrical Engineering, Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Mechatronics, Applied Physics (with Electronics concentration), or Telecommunications Engineering.
- Verbal and numeric skills, critical reasoning, and logical thinking are important for success in engineering.
- To proceed, you must have either completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) or have been granted an exemption.
- Applicants with no more than 3 years of work experience, including NYSC, are eligible to apply.
