Access Corporation’s Women Digital Entrepreneurship Program (WDEP) is an initiative aimed at providing businesswomen with the skills necessary for the digitization of their business processes and further positioning their companies for continued market relevance and success over the long term.
Learnings from the program revolve around opportunities that can be leveraged in the process of growing an online business, and the program is geared toward both established and aspiring female business owners. The goals of the program include, but are not limited to, improving the economic outcomes of women, encouraging more women to start an online business, closing the digital gender gap, and promoting women’s entrepreneurship.
Online Bootcamp
You will learn fundamentals such as bookkeeping, how to create a pitch deck, how to pitch for your business and present your business plan, as well as social media marketing and other topics during a virtual boot camp that lasts for one week and is taught by highly qualified instructors.
Time Frame: Monday, March 13, 2023 – Friday, March 17, 2023
In addition, if you finish the boot camp with flying colors, you will be eligible to participate in the pitching competition that will be held on March 30, 2023.
Eligibility Criteria
- Applicant must be a Nigerian Female Citizen
- Applicant must be aspiring to start a business or have started a business with an annual turnover of less than NGN2M
- Applicant must have access to the internet
- Unemployed and underemployed women
- Applicant must be between the ages of 25 and 40 years
- Minimum education levels of SSCE & OND
