Eligibility:
- All applicants must have a Fall enrollment commitment to Shasta College.
- The applicants must possess a valid F-1 student visa.
- Applicants are needed to have a cumulative grade point average of at least 3.5.
- In order to be considered, all candidates are expected to have passed one of the following English language tests with a passing score:

- IELTS 5.0,
- TOEFL PBT 500,
- TOEFL IBT 61,
- TOEFL CBT 173,
- PTE 44.
