Seven-Up Bottling Company Ltd, a significant manufacturing corporation in Nigeria, is renowned for making and supplying some of the country’s favourite beverages, such as H2oH!, Lipton Ice Tea, Mountain Dew, Pepsi, 7Up, Mirinda, Teem, and Aquafina premium drinking water. Recently, SBC has diversified into the Home & Personal Care category with the introduction of the 2SURE brand, which includes its inaugural product, a Hand & Surface Sanitizer. Seven Up is a leader in the business, having nine bottling factories strategically positioned throughout the nation, each with state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities.
Currently, we are seeking a Logistics Officer to oversee stock levels and manage the movement of incoming and outgoing goods.
Responsibilities:
- Achieving daily/periodic distribution targets.
- Assisting in the planning, supervision, management, and coordination of logistics support operations to ensure seamless product delivery.
- Generating accurate daily and monthly reports.
- Ensuring the availability of the fleet from each transport company.
- Liaising with relevant stakeholders regarding distribution activities.
- Tracking the real-time status of all orders and organizing them accordingly.
- Creating delivery schedules.
- Maintaining optimal stock levels at a minimal cost
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working as a logistics officer, with a preference for experience in the food and beverage industry.
- Bachelor’s degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in marketing, business, or related fields.
- Additional certification in logistics, fleet management, or supply chain management is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills.
- Proficient in problem-solving.
- Results-oriented.
