Requirements
- Graduates in fields such as Accounting, Finance, Economics, Actuarial Sciences, Computer Sciences, Mathematics, etc.
- Completion of the mandatory National Youth Service Corps (NYSC)
- Exceptional proficiency in written and spoken English (knowledge of additional languages is beneficial).
- Proficient IT skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong motivation and drive to begin a career in professional services
- A minimum of a second class upper degree
- Professional qualifications like CPA, ACCA, CIMA, and other relevant certifications are an added advantage
- Analytical and critical thinking skills
- Capability to work efficiently within a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Keen attention to detail with a dedication to high quality and precision
- Demonstrable interest in any of EY’s core service lines: Assurance, Consulting, Strategy & Transactions, and Tax
