Applications for the Rehoboth Foundation Scholarship are currently open to students enrolled in public tertiary institutions in Nigeria.
The Foundation has extended its reach by collaborating with various tertiary institutions across the country to identify and sponsor financially disadvantaged students.
Scholarship Benefits:
- The Rehoboth Scholarship provides ample funding to support each selected applicant.
- The funds will cover tuition fees and living expenses throughout the duration of the recipient’s study.
The Rehoboth Dream Solid Foundation aims to:
- Engage in charitable activities to enhance the social and economic well-being of the underprivileged through sustainable education, mentoring, and skills acquisition.
- Channel the potential of the less privileged towards skill acquisition for the socio-economic growth of Nigeria and Africa.
- Assist financially disadvantaged individuals in improving their earning capabilities through skills acquisition and fostering an entrepreneurial spirit.
- Raise funds for charities, homes, schools, or colleges to enable indigent children to attend school without creating full dependence on charity.
- Provide emergency aid, health supplies, teaching materials, clothing, and other necessities to impoverished families, refugee camps, and orphanages in Nigeria and Africa.
- Support financially challenged students in schools through sponsorship and donations of clothing and stationery.
- Offer vocational and medical materials in needy areas to encourage personal and social development among less privileged individuals in Nigeria and Africa.
- Promote and advocate for skills acquisition among young school leavers and professionals in Nigeria and Africa, emphasizing the importance of vocational training and development alongside formal education.
- Facilitate the provision and acquisition of various skills necessary for national and international development.
- Recruit teachers, artisans, tutors, instructors, and other personnel to aid in achieving the Foundation’s objectives.
- Advocate for government, civil society, and private sector support for skills acquisition to enhance national development.
- Organize seminars, workshops, skills-building sessions, trade fairs, and visits from scholars and artisans to achieve the Foundation’s goals.
- Provide charitable aid to individuals or institutions as deemed appropriate by the Foundation.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Applicants must be Nigerian citizens.
- Enrolled full-time in a first-degree program at a public tertiary institution (university, polytechnic, or college of education).
- Hold at least a second-class upper division or its equivalent.
- The Foundation may consider emergency and ad-hoc requests for financial support on a case-by-case basis, such as financial assistance for school projects.
Skill Development and Apprenticeship Program:
- Applicants need to demonstrate enrollment in an apprenticeship program with a recognized institution.
- Confirmation of the applicant’s financial status.
- Evidence of the applicant’s commitment to excellence in the program.
- Letter from a Religious leader (Church or Mosque as applicable) confirming the candidate’s character and behavior.
- Letters from two referees, who may be management staff from a reputable organization, the candidate’s local government chairman, or a senior public servant at level 12 or higher.
Selection Process:
All candidates seeking sponsorship or scholarship from the Rehoboth Dream Solid Foundation must meet the following conditions:
- For existing students: Submission of a letter of recommendation from the Institution confirming attendance and satisfactory academic performance.
- For new students: Submission of a letter of admission into the Tertiary institution (limited to public universities – Private universities are not eligible).
- Screening will include verification of admission status, confirmation of the student’s financial status, and evidence of the student’s commitment to academic excellence.

Application Procedure:
- Sign up on the Rehoboth Dream Solid Foundation (RDSF) website by clicking the registration button.
- Upon submission of the registration form, an activation link will be sent to your email. Click on this link to log in to your RDSF account.
- Complete the sponsorship application form and then proceed to submit it.
- A support/screening personnel will contact you via email for further information if your application passes the initial screening process.
Note: Ensure that you meet the eligibility requirements and have the necessary supporting documents before registering or filling out the sponsorship form.
The Foundation will issue a call for applications at the beginning of each academic session through advertisements on the Foundation’s website and communication with colleges and higher institutions.
Applications will undergo screening to ensure compliance with the Foundation’s conditions.
Candidates who are successful will be contacted for registration with the Foundation.
