Applications are currently being accepted for the 2024 McKinsey & Company Next Generation Women Leaders Program EMEA. The Next Generation Women Leaders (NGWL) EMEA program is a three-day virtual event scheduled for April 25-27, 2024. Participants will delve into the significance of women in leadership roles, enhance their own leadership skills, and foster enduring connections within a supportive community.

Interview Preparation Program
All participants interested in gaining insights into McKinsey’s recruitment process will have the opportunity to join an interview preparation program. This program will provide information on our case and experience-based interviews, feature Q&A sessions, and offer case practice sessions in small groups.
AGENDA: April 25-27
- The Next Generation Women Leaders EMEA program will commence on the evening of Thursday, April 25, featuring welcome remarks, an interactive Q&A session, and ample opportunity for participants to acquaint themselves with one another in a relaxed virtual environment.
- Over the following two days, attendees will engage in dynamic workshops, gain insights from inspirational speakers from McKinsey, and collaborate with facilitators to refine their leadership approach.
- During the program, participants will hone their leadership capabilities, with a focus on personal and professional growth, particularly in areas such as confidence-building and effective communication.
The program will extend with learning workshops and enlightening virtual sessions throughout May and June.
Application Requirements
To be eligible for NGWL EMEA, applicants must be currently residing in or have strong connections to Europe, the Middle East, or Africa. Candidates must also fulfill the following requirements::
- Be a bachelor’s, master’s, PhD, or MBA student expected to graduate by 2026.
- Have up to eight years of professional experience.

- Indicate your office location preference (based on geographic or industry affiliations) OR business function preference (based on industry expertise). Additionally, as part of the application process, you will be required to complete an online digital assessment lasting approximately 60 minutes.
