FIPL’s Entry-Level Engineering Program is designed to attract young engineers who have recently graduated from university, falling between the ages of 21 and 27. We seek individuals who are enthusiastic and dedicated to ensuring the continual achievement of our business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or HND in Engineering with a minimum classification of 2nd Class Upper Division/Upper Credit.
  • Maximum of 2-year post-NYSC experience.
  • Maximum age: 27 years old by December 2024.
  • Completion of the NYSC is a prerequisite for applicants.

Knowledge/Skills:

  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites
  • Familiarity with CAD packages and Engineering Software (e.g., MATLAB)
  • Fundamental understanding of Project Management
  • Skill in addressing challenges and critical thinking
  • Effective Communication skills
  • Strong Interpersonal skills
  • Understanding and commitment to occupational health and safety.
  • Technical Report writing proficiency
