The Tech4Dev Digital for All Challenge is Africa’s largest digital skilling competition, aimed at incentivizing self-development and fostering the acquisition and utilization of digital skills through competitive rewards. It’s a no-cost digital skill-building contest and program designed to enhance digital literacy in Nigeria and inspire interest in obtaining digital skills and certifications through online platforms.

Young Learners Category:
To participate in this category:
- Age: 8 – 18 years old
- Must currently attend primary or secondary school.
- Complete the training provided at your school and pass the basic digital literacy assessment for eligibility.
- Your school and teacher need to be registered on the platform
- Note: Only actively employed teachers in primary or secondary schools are allowed to register on behalf of their school and students.
Youth Category:
To be eligible for this category:
- Age requirement: 19 – 45 years old
- Successfully complete training and obtain a certificate from the challenge’s basic or advanced digital skilling program.
Civil Servants Category:
To participate in this category:
- Must be a civil servant
- Successfully finish the training and obtain a certificate from the challenge’s fundamental digital skilling program.
Selection Process:
In its second year, the challenge will be conducted in two phases: the training phase and the competition phase. Following the training phase, beneficiaries will need to undergo an assessment to qualify for the competition phase. The competition phase will consist of three stages: state, regional, and national (grand finale). All training will conclude in July 2024, with the competition starting in August 2024.

For Young Learners:
1. Register: Teachers should register on the Digital for All Challenge Website, complete email verification, and create a unique password to access the learning platform.
2. Complete Basic Digital Literacy Assessment: Teachers must demonstrate their digital literacy skills.
3. Access Learning Content: Qualified teachers will receive instructions via email on accessing learning materials to train students for the competition.
4. Student Participation: Trained students compete at state and regional levels to qualify for the grand finale.
For Youth:
1. Register: Individuals register on the Digital for All Challenge website, complete email verification, and create a unique password to access the learning platform.
2. Training Completion: Complete either the basic or advanced learning program to qualify for the competition.
3. Competition: Compete at state and regional levels to qualify for the grand finale.
For Civil Servants:
