Over 250 annual bursaries and academic scholarships are available at the University of Melbourne. Funding for the prizes comes from a variety of philanthropic legacies and gifts made specifically to help students in need. Scholarships are open to students everywhere in the world.
Eligibility: The following criteria must be met for you to be considered for this scholarship:
- Attend the University of Melbourne as a registered student.
- Please provide documentation to demonstrate your need for financial assistance.

Worth of the Award: up to $1,000
Application Procedure: Applications will be accepted in two rounds, as follows:
- Round 1: Begins on the 1st of January and ends on the 8th of March in 2023
- Round 2: Begins on June 1, 2023, and runs through August 6, 2023
You are required to submit an online Student Financial Assessment form in the appropriate round prior to the closing date.
Please take note that the application form will not be accessible until the relevant round has begun.
